Engagements start with an assessment of the current state of product data and the technology that stores, manages, and uses it. This is generally done on-site at the customer's location to make it easier to connect with all Stakeholders.
When the assessment is complete, we provide an overview of the current state of product data, propose a set of objectives of where improvements can be made (including KPIs to define success), and a plan to achieve the objectives given available resources.
Once the program kicks off status updates are provided weekly and include an onsite business review session quarterly with leadership. Programs are generally structured with a 6 month minimum and can be extended for as long as needed.
